GOLD BASIN PLACER MINE - MINERAL RESERVES: 705,800 OUNCES OF GOLD or $1.27 BILLION - FULLY PERMITTED AND BONDED

Mineral Reserves of $1.27 Billion at $1,800 per ounce. Estimated total reserves by completion of mining are $1.2 Billion. All necessary US Forest Service and State permits are in place. A $59,000 cash reclamation bond is posted. Basic infrastructure is in place including roads, pads, gates, water wells, ponds and office and storage areas. Some basic equipment included, although additional equipment and supplies are required to start production. The mine can be turned on almost immediately with addition of the aforementioned equipment. Extensively tested, pay streaks and hot spots are well defined. Located 12 miles northwest of Prescott, Arizona near Wilhoit, in the Hassayampa River basin. This mineral property has been tested and reported on by eight different professional geologists and mineral companies.

SPRUCE CANYON PLACER MINE - MINERAL RESERVES: 98,000 OUNCES OF GOLD or $167 MILLION

Mineral Reserves of $167 Million at $1,700 per ounce. Estimated total reserves at completion of mining are $1.3 Billion +. Claims total 390 acres on Arizona State and US Forest Service land near Prescott, Arizona. Vast open areas of loose gravels allow for high volumes of production and multiple plant sites. Part of the land is a hybrid of state land with federal mineral rights. The permit jurisdiction for this parcel is the Bureau of Land Management. There are no anticipated impediments to BLM or USFS permitting.

Mineral Reserves of $1.057 Million at $1,500 per ounce. Estimated total reserves at completion of mining are $1.2 Billion. Claims total 400 acres on BLM Land 35 miles south of Prescott, Arizona. Year around creek available for water. The permit jurisdiction is the Bureau of Land Management. There are no anticipated impediments to BLM permitting.

TRIDENT PLACER MINE - MINERAL RESERVES: 60,000 OUNCES OF GOLD or $90 MILLION

Mineral Reserves of $90 Million at $1,500 per ounce. Estimated total reserves at completion of mining are $600 Million. This is a unique property with jewelry and large nugget potential. An 8 pound nugget was recently found on another claim in the same area. Potential profit premium if nuggets are sold to jewelry buyers. Claims total 80 acres all on BLM land at the base of Rich Hill, near Congress, Arizona, part of one of the largest gold producing sites in Arizona.
