GOLDEN MESSENGER MINE              - - - -                EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Location: Near Helena, Montana.  380 acres unpatented US Forest Service Claims

Ore Reserves:  Mineral Reserves of 7,521,251 ounces of gold
US $12.78 Billion at $1,700 per ounce

Cash Flow:  Annual net profit projection US $123 Million at 100 tons per hour.

Location: The Golden Messenger mine consists of 19 unpatented lode mining claims, located in the York Mining District approximately 21 miles NE of Helena Montana. The site is on US Forest Service land and easily accessible with well maintained roads. An additional 70 acres of patented claims are available and can be acquired for the mill site, equipment and maintenance yard, and additional ore reserves.

Mineral Reserve Reporting Standards: There are currently multiple and conflicting standards worldwide for the reporting of mineral reserves. Following a major stock fraud, Canada enacted a very restrictive law entitled NI 43-101 that essentially dismisses testing data older than 2 years.  Under this standard, the Golden Messenger Ore Reserves would be characterized as estimated or historical reserves. Despite intensive lobbying by Canada, the US government has not adopted 43-101 standards. Under existing US law, embodied in SEC Industry Guide 7, and based on the reporting standards set forth by the US Society of Mining Engineers, the Golden Messenger Ore Reserves would be characterized as Proven and Probable Reserves.

Ore Reserves:  Golden Messenger has been exhaustively tested by a wide range of independent professional geologists and large corporate mineral interests.  Extensive documentation is available for review, and testing clearly justifies the mineral reserve calculations showing 42,037,520 tons of ore containing 7,521,251 ounces of gold with a value of $12.78 Billion at $1,700 per ounce.

Production Analysis:  The average recoverable ore value is $275 per ton at $1,700 per ounce.  Estimated average mining costs are $12, milling costs $20, smelting and refining costs $3, environmental and reclamation costs $5, and contingency and other overhead costs $2. This leaves an average net profit of $233 per ton.

At 100 tons per hour, the operation should yield a projected net profit $233,000 per 10 hour shift at $1,700 per ounce.  A double shift operation should yield a net profit of $466,000 per day.  Running the double shift 24 days per month should yield a net profit of $11,184,000 per month.  Assuming about 11 months of actual operation, the annual net profit should be $123,024,000.

Crushing, Milling and Smelting Operation:  Crushing, milling and smelting should be done offsite on a 70 acre patented site available for sale.  Much of the gold is all expected to be free milling gold, meaning that it can be released by grinding and recovered by advanced centrifugal and ultra high frequency vibration concentration.  The remainder will be separated out using a bromine or similar based flotation system. No cyanide is required.

Permitting:  The permit jurisdiction for the unpatented claims is the US Forest Service.  A Plan of Operations and NEPA analysis are required.  There are no anticipated impediments to USFS permitting, although open pit mining with cyanide is generally not allowed in Montana. This mine should be operated as a combination selective surface and underground operation. Private property milling will vastly simplify Forest Service land permitting.  In essence, the permit will be to extract and haul ore. Patented site permitting is a minimal process and should be complete by the time the infrastructure is built out and equipment acquisition is complete. Mining can commence on the patented ground while the USFS permits are in the process of completion.

Price: Price will be quoted directly to qualified buyers or intermediaries.
