All have multi-million to multi-billion dollar mineral reserves validated by comprehensive testing and analysis performed by multiple independent certified professional geologists or large mineral companies. All properties for sale qualify under SEC Industry Guide 7 for insertion into US public companies.

There are currently multiple and conflicting standards worldwide for the reporting of mineral reserves. Following a major stock fraud, Canada enacted a very restrictive law entitled NI 43-101 that essentially dismisses testing data older than 2 years.  Under this standard, the mineral reserves of GoldTech properties would be characterized as estimated or historical reserves. Despite intensive lobbying by Canada, the US government has not adopted 43-101 standards. Under existing US law, embodied in SEC Industry Guide 7, and based on the reporting standards set forth by the US Society of Mining Engineers, the mineral reserves of Goldtech properties would be characterized as Proven and Probable Reserves.

HARDROCK & LODE MINES AND MINERAL PROPERTIES FOR SALE:

All hardrock properties have mineral reserves of US $3 Billion or higher. All properties have sufficient exploration and testing work completed to allow for immediate commencement of permitting, development and mining. PLACER MINES AND MINERAL PROPERTIES FOR SALE:

GoldTech has a group of medium sized placer mines all located in Arizona, with its year around production capability. The mines are all located within driving distance of Prescott.
